SUITCASES AND BAGS
Suitcases and bags have to be marked clearly and the child must bring it with him every day.  No plastic bags with clothes will be accepted.  Plastic bags are a safety risk to all children.
TUCK SHOP/BAK EN BROU
In Primary School at a young age they are taught about Economic Management Science.  This subject teaches them how to be an entrepreneur and create, make or bake their own product and then sell it to their target market.
On certain Fridays we will bake cupcakes, decorate them and eat them!  Different projects will be handled but is really fun and enjoyable for all children. A cost of R5,00 every Friday or a request to buy certain products e.g. Jelly Tots might be requested.
The costs will be R5,00 every Friday and must be handed to the class teacher and marked off on the list on the classroom door. Sometimes this R5,00 will be given to the children to buy sweeties themselves (normal tuck shop) and then they will be taught how to work with money as they will receive change.
CLOTHING
We prefer old clothes without shoes in the summer. An extra set of clothes per day is compulsory for all ages in case of emergency.
HOLIDAY CARE PROGRAMME
During the December/January holidays for which the school is closed, we will sometimes offer a Holiday Care Programme, at an additional cost.  The additional cost is payable only if you wish for your child to attend and will be determined nearer to the closing period.
BIRTHDAYS
Special Birthday parties can be held at the nursery school.  We can arrange for a jumping castle, clown, balloon sculpture and even make the party boxes, all for an additional fee.  However, arrangements need to be made well in advance. But if you want to send something to eat, it must preferably be in a bag per child for ease of handing out.
